FREE Plans for a BANNER FRAME. Hold your sign or banners firm in the wind for a professional look. This sign stand will hold well when staked in the ground but the kit is also portable light weight enough to be movable and temporary. Add PVC tees to the base to make it self supporting or use it hanging from ropes. One inch PVC pipe works well but larger and smaller sizes will work well depending on the size of the banners.
